In such cases, the new team member will undergo a full site induction by Sun Cleaning Corp management before commencing any cleaning duties. This ensures they are fully prepared and familiar with your specific site requirements.

  • We offer post construction handover cleans, industrial warehouses, high reach window cleaning and industrial pressure cleaning.

  • Our cleaners are trained professionals employed directly by our company to ensure quality and reliability. All our cleaners undergo police checks and thorough inductions to ensure a benchmark standard.

  • While this is a rare occurance and, we acknowldge there may be a chance of any accidental damage caused during our cleaning service. If this does happen, will address it promptly through our insurance policies.

SHIPPING

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Please note, we currently deliver only to the Sydney Metro area. This is a temporary measure as we work on providing cost-effective shipping options for other states in Australia.

    • We offer free shipping for orders over $50 within the Sydney Metro area.

    • You can also choose to pick up your order from our Sydney warehouse within 24 hours. Our pick-up address is:

    • If you're located in another state, please fill out the shipping rate request form available on each product page, and we will calculate a shipping rate for you.

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please allow 24-48 hours for processing time.

  • No, we currently ship within Australia only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or parcel lockers.

Returns

  • You can return items for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@suncleaning.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

  • If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately at sales@suncleaning.com.au with photos of the damage or fault. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs if applicable.

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

  • Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

  • Contact our customer service team at sales@suncleaning.com.au to request a return authorisation. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include your proof of purchase, and ship the item to the provided return address.

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days and credited to your original method of payment.
