Shipping

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3-7 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates: Please note, we currently deliver only to the Sydney Metro area. This is a temporary measure as we work on providing cost-effective shipping options for other states in Australia.

  • We offer free shipping for orders over $100 within the Sydney Metro area.

  • You can also choose to pick up your order from our Sydney warehouse within 24 hours. Our pick-up address is:

  • If you're located in another state, please fill out the shipping rate request form available on each product page or email us at sales@suncleaning.com.au, and we will calculate a shipping rate for you.

  • Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

  • Shipping Restrictions: We currently ship within Australia only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or parcel lockers.

  • International Shipping: Not available at this time.

Returns

  • Change of Mind Returns:

    • You can return items for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@suncleaning.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Damaged or Faulty Items:

    • If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately at sales@suncleaning.com.au with photos of the damage or fault.

    • We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs if applicable.

  • Exchanges:

    • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

  • Consumer Guarantees: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

  • How to Return Items:

    • Contact our customer service team at sales@suncleaning.com.au to request a return authorization.

    • Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

    • Include your proof of purchase.

    • Ship the item to the provided return address.

  • Refunds:

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
