$10 flat rate within the Sydney Metro area for orders under $100 AUD.
Free shipping for orders over $100 AUD in the Sydney Metro Area.
Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days.
Pick-up
Free pick-up for any order value from our Sydney Head Office.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within Sydney Metro areas only. For other parts of Australia, please request a shipping quote. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or parcel lockers.
International Shipping
International shipping is not available at this time.

Change of Mind Returns:
You can return items for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@suncleaning.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged or Faulty Items:
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately at sales@suncleaning.com.au with photos of the damage or fault.
We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs if applicable.
Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Consumer Guarantees: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
How to Return Items:
Contact our customer service team at sales@suncleaning.com.au to request a return authorisation.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
Include your proof of purchase and return authorisation number.
Ship the item to the provided return address.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
